1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QuoteHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including vinyl and packaging material manufacturers ("Tenants") and their customers ("Buyers").

2. Description of Service

QuoteHub provides a real-time quote widget platform that allows vinyl and packaging material manufacturers to share instant pricing estimates with buyers. The Service facilitates inquiry delivery only — it does not process payments between Tenants and Buyers, manage order fulfillment, or handle shipping logistics.

3. Accounts

To use the Service as a Tenant, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. All billing disputes should be directed to Paddle. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service has not been used. To request a refund, contact us at support@getquotehub.app. Refunds are processed through Paddle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan is limited to 20 buyer inquiries per calendar month. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit false or misleading pricing information to buyers
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

7. Pricing Confidentiality

QuoteHub is designed to protect your internal pricing data. Material costs, margin rates, and cost structure details are processed server-side and are never transmitted to Buyers. You are responsible for ensuring your pricing configuration is accurate.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuoteHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that quote calculations are error-free or suitable for any particular business purpose. Tenants are responsible for verifying pricing accuracy before communicating final quotes to buyers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
